Spring is in the air! Boy, are we glad that the weather is slightly warming up and the open-air markets are showcasing the delicious fruits and vegetables that are in season. From Spinach to Strawberries, we have created an easy-to-make Thai inspired salad dressing that will go great with any salad you create.

There are a couple of variations of oil that you can use instead of the Sesame oil that our recipe calls for such as: Grapeseed, Olive, or Avocado oil. You can even use this as a marinade for a salmon steak or tofu! Just add half of the dressing and let marinade from 1 - 3 hrs for ultimate flavor!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  1. 3 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  2. 4 ½ Tbsp of Rice Vinegar
  3. ¼ Cup of Sesame Oil
  4. 3 Tbsp Honey
  5. 1 Tbsp Granulated White Sugar
  6. 1 Large Clove Garlic (Minced)
  7. 2 Tsp Thai Direct Thai Hot Sauce
  8. ¼ Tsp Salt

What you’ll need to do:

  1. Get a small bowl and whisk together all of the ingredients except for the Salt and Sesame Oil.
  2. Whisk until all ingredients are blended together then add oil in a slow and steady stream until emulsified.
  3. Season with salt.
  4. Add to salad or item of your choice. Enjoy!
