Extremely addictive and full of fresh ingredients, this salsa will be the perfect accompaniment to any chips, burger, or whatever else you’d like! We roast our tomatoes, onions, and serrano peppers to give it a unique and intense flavor and drizzle our Thai Direct's Thai Hot Sauce at the end for that Thai kick!

Fire up that broiler, gather those ingredients, and let's get started!

What you’ll need:

  • 4 Vine Ripened Tomatoes, Quartered
  • 1 Large Yellow Onions, cut into wedges
  • 5 Garlic Cloves, Peeled
  • 1 Serrano Chili Pepper, Stemmed (Remove seeds for milder taste)
  • ¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • ¼ Cup Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice - One lime (Juiced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Thai Direct's Thai Hot Sauce

What you’ll need to do:

  1. Preheat the broiler and Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place tomatoes, onions, garlic,  whole Serrano chile peppers, and vegetable oil directly on the lined baking sheet. Toss with your hands and broil until charred (approx 10-12 minutes).
  3. Transfer the vegetables and juices to a food processor or blender. Add salt and cumin then pulse until the cilantro is chopped.
  4. Add in the Thai Direct’s Thai Hot Sauce. Season to taste to bring out all flavors.
