We have a delicious recipe using one of Thailand’s most delicious fruit, Dragon Fruit, also known as Pitaya. This fruit is best known for its black and crunchy seeded white flesh. The taste is mildly sweet and low in calories. Dragon Fruit is full of Vitamin C (3X more than an orange) and also has 12% of your daily value of fiber per serving! In our recipe we also include blueberries that are full of antioxidants and a very good source of vitamin K, vitamin C, manganese, fiber and copper.
